Withdrawals over £10 are free of charge, while a £3 fee applies to withdrawals below that amount. This limit does not apply to progressive jackpot wins, which we pay in full without any cap. We carry out additional verification on any pay-out exceeding the equivalent of EUR 1,000, or on cumulative withdrawals exceeding EUR 2,000, and we may apply the same checks to smaller pay-outs at our discretion.

We reserve the right to void winnings and close accounts where we identify such activity.

Responsible Gambling and Account Management

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and offer tools including deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months while holding a real-money balance, we apply an administrative fee of £5 per month, with email notice provided at least one month in advance.
